(i)     BTS Installation & Commissioning

BTS Installation activities are carried out according to site specific installation plan and includes:

(1)     Installation and termination of radio feeder cables, antennas and grounding kits

(2)      Installation of BTS (or extension rack), plug-in units and all internal cables

(3)  Installation of transmission cable, power cable and power system, Grounding cable and alarm cable for BTS

(4)   Load BTS software and set up needed parameters

(ii)    BTS Integration

We support in the integration according to Telecom Equipment manufacturer integration procedures and quality documentation. Integration is directed to:

(1)    Integrate the BTS to System Module

(2)     General check up of software package.

6. Transmission Implementation

In order for communication between the BTS and the System Module, there is a requirement for Microwave (MW) Installations as a transmission medium. Following activities are carried out by us to implement microwaves:

(2)     Installation of indoor unit modem & MW feeder

(3)      Commissioning of MW link and Alignment of antennas to obtain surveyed receive level

7. Quality Control

We perform quality audits(ATP) and inspections in order to ensure the Implementation for every site. Works are delivered in accordance with the quality standards laid down by the clients. We also follow-up and the monitor the corrective actions based on the findings of the quality audits.After finished ATP and accepted by the clients, Our TI process is completed.

3.1.4  Tower Erection

When the concrete is solid and dried up, we start the erection procedure. This is the process where the tower pieces are combined vertically to get the tower up. We can erect the towers in severals methods; by building parts of the tower on the ground and lift it up with crane or helicopter, or the tower can be assembled vertically. If assembled vertically it is often erected by using a gin pole system to which is connected to the main legs to lift the pieces up.

A tower erection will depend on tower height and tower type, but a quick tower can be assembled in just a few days.

Civil works is the construction of Tower and cement phase of an installation, and we focus on managing the site build in a cost effective manner on time. Our Project manager and construction managers have years of experience from building sites, and helps our local partners to ensure high quality deliverables.

Site Construction is driven by the coordination of inbound logistics and quality control needed to get the sites up according to our standards. The process goes from the first site clearing and site excavation until the fence stands around the tower. In this process we ensure that the tower and site is properly grounded and that the foundations for slabs, towers, shelters and the like is completed.

The Technical Site Survey is designed to provide a document listing telecommunications equipment and bandwidth available in the building. The data that is typically collected in the site survey includes all relevant information about the existing telecommunications infrastructure in and on the building.

Site Acquisition is the leasing of selected sites for Towers and Roof-Top Sites.

Site Acquisition is to identify and to find the best location of towers for the placement of BTS. With our extensive local expertise and experience, we first scan the area from a distance to check the viability of the site. Site hunting teams search the best site within the search ring and check that the site is the best option based on access and possibility to deliver to site.  When providing Site Selection and Acquisition services, we submit a few candidates to select the site. We then perform site lease negotiation with Land-owner and coordinate TSS report before we move into, zoning and building permit submittals.
