We offer full suite of services including contractual repairs as well as corrective, preventive, proactive and designed maintenance.
Our Service
- Maintenance of cell sites to ensure minimum down time and within the SLAs specified by the customer.
- Collection and timely payment of electricity bills.
- Filling of diesel in DGs.
- Back up mobile DGs in case of DG failure.
- Preventive, Corrective and Routine maintenance of DG sets, ACs and Electrical/Utility equipment e.g., Power Interface Units (PIU), AMF/Panels, Shelters, Fence, Tower Earth Pit, AWL, Rectifiers, Batteries and Bus Bar, Electrical Protection Devices, Air Conditioners, RF and Electrical Cables, etc
- Maintenance of secondary batteries to ensure availability of backup power.
- Proper cleanliness, upkeep and house keeping at telecom sites.
- Pre-Monsoon Activities.
- Scheduling & Implementation of Preventive, Corrective Maintenance of BTS & Transmission equipments including antennas, FOC poles and route.
- Verification of resolution of trouble tickets.
- Providing logistic support for spares.
- Programme management of repair and recovery of faulty parts.
- Monitoring and Escalation of infra alarms from circle base OMCR. Periodic reporting of fault handling to NOC till resolution.
- Supporting RF Optimization & Transmission Network Optimization.
- I&C of active equipments.
- TRX up-gradation and Blockage removal-report generation and performance management.

We are into handling Passive Maintenance of Telecom Cell Sites for Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Generator fuelling, Fixed generator servicing, Fixed generator rectification, Core site Enhanced O&M, OFC Network Maintenance etc.
We take responsibility for Power (electricity) contract prolongations, Power related invoice and/or other documents required collections and delivery to Contractor or Customer.
Operations & Maintenance of Telecommunication Network can be briefly classified into two types:
Preventive Maintenance
Our site preventive maintenance responsibility covers failure prevention maintenance on all Network elements mentioned below in order to get optimum life/service cycle of active/passive equipment/infrastructure.
Corrective Maintenance
Our site corrective maintenance responsibility covers failure correction maintenance on all Network elements.
We fulfil corrective maintenance works in accordance with the Technical Specs for Site Corrective Maintenance, SLAs
We provide reports on TT, Cell availability, service exceptions, etc. on regular basis or upon Customer request.
